Insurance
Psychological Services are typically covered in-full or in-part by health insurance or employee benefit plan. Evolutionary Wellbeing will provide you with a receipt and document to easily bill your insurance company directly. It is your responsibility to determine before your appointment if the services are covered.
Clinicians at Evolutionary Wellbeing may participate with some insurance companies. If a provider for your insurance company, we recommend for you to confirm provider status for your particular plan, as some insurance companies carve their mental health services to other companies who your therapist may not be a provider with.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may be negotiated on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
