You are welcome to come to our comfortable office in McLean for your sessions. Alternatively, we offer tele psychology visits (via video conferencing). If you need to move your regular office appointment to a telepsychology visit, we will gladly work to accommodate you.
We are asking all Clients to review and complete the Informed Consent for Telepsychology form. Please Fax the completed form to (571) 730-3689; or scan and email the form to [email protected].
Additionally, if you do not already have a Patient Portal account set up with Evolutionary Wellbeing, you will receive an invitation request to join our Patient Portal. This will allow confidential communication between you and your therapist.
